Not what I was looking for.
After visiting 3 other lots and getting approved for a car loan i ended up buying a car from Novato Chevrolet. But....... i would have not bought a car from them if the car i wanted was at 2 of the other 3 lots i visited. the 2 other lost had superb customer service and i really tried to get a different car but my mind & heart was set on a specific one that only Novato had in the color and model i wanted with all the extras i wanted as well. I will say their prices were better but i would have paid a few extra thousand dolla... read more
I would buy from them again.
They were very rude and not willing to help me get into a car I wanted.
They responded quickly and professionally. Althought we decided to hold off from buying for now..
