They were helpful and responsive but essentially trying to sell a car that is overpriced for its mileage and condition and has been in their ownership since Jan 19. Thought they would be keen to move and the price they came back was nowhere near where it should be. Went elsewhere.
Contacted me when it was purchased by someone else and saved me a trip.
I was ready to purchase vehicle when I was switched between sale people. Told finally vehicle was spoken for. Several days later vehicle still posted. Call again vehicle was there. Gave impression they didn't want to sell to ME.

Made appointment to drive 70 miles to see the Scion for the weekend (2 days away). The day before the appointment the dealer texted me to let me know he sold the car. I told him I was coming to purchase it & he didn't have the decency to hold it 1 day. I was very disapponted, but located my xB in Roseville. They get 1 star for telling me before I drove to Novato.
Great customer service, although i didnt make a purchase, i like it they do genuinely respond to your request promptly . Got them on my favs list.

Very responsive but kept contacting me even though they could not meet my price range for the car. Nice to be kept in mind but not when they knowingly keep making offers past my budget.
First contact was with Jordan and he was very helpful in getting info on the car. Joe C took over in helping us and working out a deal. Both guys did a great job as this was a somewhat complicated deal due to being an out of state sale. Highly recommend this dealership. Thanks to Joe C and Jordan!
