Honestly, I regret booking here. The clinic looks nice, but the actual results were underwhelming. My treatment didn’t show any noticeable improvement, and when I raised concerns, they were not very helpful. It feels like they focus more on selling services than customer satisfaction. Would not recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience at Novaskin Med Spa. The staff seemed friendly at first, but the service did not meet my expectations at all. I felt rushed during my treatment and didn’t get proper consultation beforehand. For the price they charge, I expected much better results and attention to detail. Definitely not worth it.
