Surg Pavilion personnel and Dr are amazing. They took such good care of Me and guided my daughter on everything. Thank you for a Job well done
While I love Karen It’s impossible to get sick visits. They have taken on way too many patients so if your kid gets sick you have the option of shelling out for urgent care or the er.
As a new parent, I was hoping for a more supportive and informative experience at Novant Pediatrics. Unfortunately, my visits felt rushed and impersonal. The staff seemed to assume I had all the answers, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and underprepared. Even something as simple as pronouncing my child's name correctly seemed to be a challenge. I've found much more helpful resources online than I've received here. I would recommend seeking a practice that takes a more personalized and patient-centered approach.
The woman at the front desk needs to work in a prison not a medical office. She disregarded my special needs and lectured me in front of my son at 9 a.m. Very discouraging experience.
