As a new parent, I was hoping for a more supportive and informative experience at Novant Pediatrics. Unfortunately, my visits felt rushed and impersonal. The staff seemed to assume I had all the answers, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and underprepared. Even something as simple as pronouncing my child's name correctly seemed to be a challenge. I've found much more helpful resources online than I've received here. I would recommend seeking a practice that takes a more personalized and patient-centered approach.
The woman at the front desk needs to work in a prison not a medical office. She disregarded my special needs and lectured me in front of my son at 9 a.m. Very discouraging experience.

This was my 1st visit. It was very easy to make an appointment. Paperwork was minimal on a tablet. There was zero wait time. The nurse was very thorough with my 3 day old. The doctor came in fast after. She addressed all my concerns and ran all necessary tests. I return in 2 weeks. Over all, I have zero complaints as everyone was efficient and knowledgeable.
