Joel made this purchasing a vehicle in these hard times very easy and simple. I was worried buying a car with most dealerships being strictly online. I was able to talk a fair price for the truck that I wanted. It was even easier when I was allowed to test drive the vehicle once I applied for the financing with no strings attached. An Excellent Experience! My experience at Novak Motors was excellent! I inquired about a vehicle they had in stock and I received a reply from Ralph Gallina the next morning. He answered all of my questions and did not push me into a quick sale. I took a ride down to Novak in Lebanon, NJ to take a look around. Very Well Organized and Professional Ralph Gallina was with me every step of the way and extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. The car I purchased was in excellent condition at a reasonable price. The actual purchase process was extremely easy and I was out of the Dealer within 40 minutes. This was a very unique experience for me, as I purchased my vehicle during the Covid Crisis. The deal was made almost entirely by email and text, which was very uncomfortable for me at first, but made so easy by Ralph Gallina, whose personality shined through!
