Great quality inventory, fair prices, no games I bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade with only 14K miles. Car was even better than advertised. Hands down the best dealership I've ever done business with! My salesman Eddie was polite, friendly & knowledgeable. I live in PA and with distance and the pandemic not in my favor, Eddie was more than helpful getting most of the process done via calls and email. When I finally made it to the dealership the whole process was fast easy and stress-free! Awesome experience buying my car Thank you Novak Motors for working with me on purchasing my used jeep wrangler. I called about one I saw online and it already had a deposit on it, but Ralph kept my number and called me when another white jeep arrived. I did not like the way it drove, so Howard arranged to have brand new tires and rims put on it. They even delivered my car to me. They were beyond accommodating, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Best dealership I've ever worked with. Simple and easy, talk to Joel he'll take care of you. When you talk to him on the phone you realize he's not like most car salesman just trying to make a buck. He took the time on the phone and called the next day after I purchased to see how everything was. I actually drove 2 hours from where I live because I was so fed up with all of the other BS dealerships in the North East.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Ralph was great to work with. My wife and I were looking for a used first car for our daughters. The quality and selection of vehicles at Novak was so much better than any other dealer (both new and used) we looked at. I will definitely be returning here in the future!
