They make it easy with no pressure. Don was fantastic. He made the entire experience painless. All of the people that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Don introduced me to the service manager so that I knew who to ask for when my scheduled maintenance is due. Great place.

In 50 years I've purchased over 20 cars Novak Motors was a great place to do business with. I'm a old car guy who has purchased new and used cars for over 50 years. Porsches, Mini Coopers, Acuras, Audis, Hondas, Toyotas and even two 1950s Chevy pickups. Getting a Subaru Crosstrek from Novak and dealing with Joel Lambert and his colleagues was a very, very pleasent experience. Joel was first-rate from the first phone call. The best car buying experience ever! So happy with the new Jeep. Joel was awesome to deal with: no pressure, patient, knowledgeable and up front about the all in price. Did not try to upsell or put us out of our budget. At delivery, the car was spotless and waiting for us. Financing approval was done and all we had to do was sign and take the car home. Highly recommend Joel and the team at Novak if you’re in the market for a gently used car.
