Best Car Buying Experience Working with Joel & Howard to purchase a Jeep Wrangler was a great experience. Given the circumstances due to the current climate, they handled the deal with professionalism and care. They were able to work with me on a deal and get me into the vehicle I was looking for. Jeff was superb in the financing department. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who isn't looking to spend hours at a dealer fumbling over paperwork and hidden fees. These guys know their stuff and I enjoyed working with them.

Joel, Howard and Jeff made everything seamless. I wasn't sure about not using a "traditional" dealership - I'm so glad I got over that. The car is beautiful, the warranty can't be beat. The showroom is immaculate and the service dept has a good teputation. I will not hesitate to go back for our next car. It would be a mistake to not shop at Novak.

Excellent experience! Joel was great. Easy to deal with and willing to make a deal to keep things moving. The lifetime power train warranty is a huge plus as is 2 years free oil changes. Highly recommend Novak motors!
