Rather than helping me reschedule the appointment, the receptionist made repeated snide comments about how I failed to call in time. Not sure where the attitude was coming from nor how it helps when I'm trying to reschedule, but very unprofessional.
I am glad I chose to go with Dr. Tran for my knee injury. He listened to my story and not only reviewed my MRI, reports, and X-rays, but he also spent a significant amount of time physically examining my knees before suggesting a treatment. He is very caring and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him.
The worst! I had a hip replacement and before that a bone decompression surgery. Over 2 and a half years and I'm still in pain. The staff billes.me.for missed appointment fee for canceling 23 hours before my appointment and not 24 hours before. The front desk and Billing are a mess. And I never get to see or talk to the doctor unless I make an appointment, even after surgeries. I advise anyone who needs ortho NOT to go here!!
