Both my mother and husband had cataract surgery here--4 procedures in all over an 8 week period--giving me a extensive experience with this provider. To say I'm unimpressed would be an understatement. Firstly, some patients, like my mother, are made to arrive at 5 am! This is just abusive! I had to leave my house at 3 am to pick her up in time. Overbooked and like an assembly line. Appointments are NOT on time. Not even close. Still sitting and waiting
First time visiting Dr DiSefano office today, and it was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Well be back. Thanks for everything.
Gave me a 9:30 appointment for a 30 second procedure. It’s 11:10 and I’m still sitting in waiting room. Unacceptable
Very professional and well run office and staff. Explained everything before hand including advising to dress comfortably and warm. Highly recommend.
