In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I have been in the store several times customer service is lacking. And their rewards program is a joke as they scan your phone for coupons or discounts they do not give you reward points and when you bring it up they still don’t take accountability and give them to you.

We love the cakes and have bought from several locations. A little high but worth it. Now we have this store at 10935 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, which is close by so I decided to try it. On a Thursday late night, I went online to send my dentist's crew a surprise for their lunch, about 1 mile away. So I put the 8" cake in my cart at tax, $31.50. At checkout I was VERY alarmed to see there is a $6.99 delivery fee, and a SERVICE FEE of $1.08 just to pay for their internet? Isn't that part of business and the reason I came... read more
