I was able to get my hair done washed and styled. Oliver was fantastic. I told him he could style it any way he felt best. I am glad I let him take control. I would definitely return again the next time I visit. And I plan on it soon!
This was my first time coming to The Norwich Spa at Foxwoods. When I checked in, the ladies at the front desk were very nice. Worst part about my visit was when I got to the ladies locker room. The young locker room attendant had a nasty attitude because she had to open the door for me since my key wasn't working to open the door myself. Her customer service skills I would say are a ZERO. Visited the spa with my daughter for her 18th birthday. We both had the most indulgent facials by two very professional women and the steam room ,sauna and pool were wonderful! Looking forward to going back in the near future
