Overall, we had a nice time. The lounge/locker area for the women was really rundown looking though. They had a large fan blowing to dry an area where a leak occurred and overall, that entire area could really use some updating. The main spa/hot tub area is nice and relaxing and the staff was very friendly.
I miss coming in for services the staff is first rate and skills performed are above levels normally experienced
I went to the G Spa on Super Bowl Sunday and they were booked solid (I should have knows). However, they were incredibly helpful and secured me an appointment at the Norwich Spa instead, Very kind of them. Teresa at the Norwich spa was fantastic. I highly recommend!
I just celebrated my birthday here with a small group. Clinton, guest service supervisor, helped me organize everything and we had an amazing time. The massage and facial treatments were professional and relaxing. We also loved the facilities. Clinton and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make my day special!
