It was my first time and I absolutely loved it. I did the on the go package. It was great from check in to check out. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. I will definitely be back especially for a message.
I had a Swedish massage, a prince of tides pedi, an apricot mani and I got my Hair colored and cut. I had the BEST time! The massage was so relaxing � and the techs were super nice while doing my nails and the hair stylist is a GOD! He got the nasty light blue faded out color and turned it into a malifecent competed masterpiece! I will definitely go back!!!
Firstly, Keelyn at the front desk was awesome! I absolutely enjoyed the day pass! I was a little disappointed that there were no appointments available for services, in the future I will call ahead, because I was a walk in, I will not hold that against them. The whirlpool was amazing.. the steam room, also amazing (was that eucalyptus?)... The sauna was great.. the pool area was bright and very picturesque, and I enjoyed the scenery ( it was rainy with heavy overcast) but it still looked amazing. My wife and I went there to enjoy the day. massages,facial, pedicure and my wife was relaxing in the sauna when the day was ruined when a massive argument between two woman broke out. the place did absolutely nothing to stop it, it went on and my wife got dressed, got me and we left. so much for enjoying the day. will not be returning there. Maybe they need security.
