Kids in the hot tubs with clearly posted no kids signs. No, I mean not one towel at least until 10 am when I gave up. Filthy restrooms. Attendant never once came through and even glanced in. Instead sitting on his behind at the desk in the entrance.
The spa is beautiful and the massage was amazing. Can’t wait to go again.
My first time to the Norwich Spa. Reception staff was amazing. I only had a few minutes till massage and they checked me I quickly and walked me back to a very nice spa attendant who quickly showed me my locker. She knew I was in a hurry and asked if I would prefer to be showed the amenities after my treatment which was great so I wasn’t late Sean (or Shawn)was waiting for me. Amazing massage!
