RecommendedHad an amazing deep tissue yesterday with a masseuse who took great care to address my specific needs. When it was over she escorted and guided me back to the locker room for further relaxation. I used the sauna and the steam room, both of which were excellent; spacious, clean and appropriately set. There was a plethora of amenities in addition to the cozy robe provided, and a helpful staff who were available to assist with any other needs. Thank you for a relaxing, refreshing afternoon!
Had the most amazing Swedish massage at the Norwich Spa! I feel amazing and can not wait to go back. Highly recommend!
The Norwich Spa at Foxwoods is a great destination to receive great service and exceptional hospitality. The salon staff are knowledgeable and very proficient. You can enjoy yourself in a relaxed atmosphere and be catered to while getting a massage, manicure, pedicure, facial or a hairstyle. The atmosphere is always pleasant, warm and inviting. I feel second rate very disappointed so upset How I was treated didn’t get the service I asked for listened to a bunch of drama And rushed out for another party unreal Never coming back
I absolutely love the Norwich Spa, this is my second time going. The couple complains I have are that my facial lady rushed me a little bit which I did not like but the facial was phenomenal and in the afternoon the pool area got a bit loud with the kids playing in the pool and another guest had his music playing loud for everyone to hear, bring headphones, no one wants to hear your music. Is this a spa or a community pool? All in all my friends and I loved our day there and would def go back.
