The staff is friendly and flexible with time constraints. Only problem I've ever had is when calling to pay a bill. Leave 3-4 voicemails and no one ever gets back to me most often leading to a late payment.

I returned to Norwich Smiles after a change in insurance. I was a patient of this office many years ago so it was like meeting an old friend again. The dental care is great, the people are very patient oriented and kind.

The staff is amazing and very friendly and you don't usually have a long wait. The Drs are very nice and they do really great work. They always make you feel very comfortable. They are all really amazing.
I have been going there for approximately 25 years and have been super smiley happy with all my service... I get a lot of compliments on on my teeth/smile and I owe it all to them... I'm 58 yrs young and you are never to old to learn how to care for your smile!!!
The is the only place I've been to where I feel comfortable getting dental work done. Lovely staff and calm atmosphere. ^___^
I hate going to the dentist! I'm the type of person to cry during cleanings but Dr Heil is great. Fixed my smile without any pain. My teeth look great! �
