Everyone always very professsional. My family has been going here for years and we have always had good experiences.
I’ve been going to Norwich Smiles for years. Karrie, the front desk coordinator, is amazing. Brie does fast, fun, and easy X-rays. Laurie does a very thorough cleaning and is very informative. Dr. Heil makes going to the dentist entertaining and less stressed. For those who don’t look forward to going to the dentist, I highly suggest trying Norwich Smiles!
Great people. Been a patient since the ‘80’s, and with the exception of one dentist, who was only there a short time, I’ve never had a bad experience.

I was unable to go to the dentist for several years due to lack of insurance. About a year ago I started coming to Norwich Smiles. They have never been judgmental and have been very helpful in getting my mouth back in great shape. They don't push unnecessary procedures and always help to keep work I need in my budget and timeline. Staff is very friendly.
I have been a patient 10 years, the office staff is very friendly and greet me by name every time I go in. Dr. Heil is great he makes you feel at ease and has a great sense of humor!
