I have been going here for years. The staff are professional and kind. The dentist are there to make sure your needs are met. Thank you Dr P for being so understanding and putting up with me!! You guys are the best keep up the good work.

My entire family goes to Norwich Smiles and we all enjoy it. My 2 kids ages 9 and 4 both love Christie and always have a good time with her. I would recommend this office to anyone. Client service is great from the minute you check in until the time you check out.
My daughter had a cleaning here this week and I'm so glad I decided to give this dentist a try! The staff was super friendly to my daughter and made her feel brave! The hygienist and dentist were so friendly and super personal, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I dont think my family will have to dread going to the dentist in the future!

My family and I have received our dental care here for at least 8 years, probably longer. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Heil is great with my son, who at 5, gets a little too silly. Rose is our favorite Hygienist, she remembers the stores my children tell her and asked for updates. It is a very warm and inviting practice. I’d recommend them to anyone.
