Norwell Athletic Club is more than just a gym, we are a complete fitness center with over 27,000 sq. ft. of everything fitness. We have over 75 classes a week in all our specialized studios: GroupX, Yoga/Barre, Spin and we are also the home of Pure Pilates a complete classical pilates facility. We also offer personal and medical training in groups or one on one. At NAC we appeal to all types of fitness enthusiasts from the retired to the young members of our youth yoga program. Gotta love NAC's family atmosphere. Some days it feels like I'm walking into to cheers, except I'm lifting, not drinking. Great owners, great staff and great members. Plus, huge selection of weights and classes.
Been working out at this gym for over 17years, and it is by far the best in the South Shore. They have all the equipment I need, and the staff is amazing!
