Norwell Athletic Club is more than just a gym, we are a complete fitness center with over 27,000 sq. ft. of everything fitness. We have over 75 classes a week in all our specialized studios: GroupX, Yoga/Barre, Spin and we are also the home of Pure Pilates a complete classical pilates facility. We also offer personal and medical training in groups or one on one. At NAC we appeal to all types of fitness enthusiasts from the retired to the young members of our youth yoga program. Good place to work out
I LOVE coming to the Norwell Athletic Club! The people are super nice, especially Mark, Kim, and Doug, and they are always very responsive to any questions or concerns I have. The trainers are great as well- I worked with Rory mainly, and she was excellent! The facilities were very clean, and the machines were in good repair. I very rarely had to wait for a machine, and I generally go at peak times (i.e. 4-6PM). I have been there forever.....I don't come as often as I used to....I only come when Cathy Clifford teachers....she always has a new different class..we always do different exercisers. Different music...she aims to please.....her classes are always filed. Actually they are fun too.....not boring like the other instructors...the other instructors should come to cathys class just one time....they may be try and improve and make it interesting....
Awesome staff and very clean facility! I️ feel very comfortable working out here.
