Norwell Athletic Club is more than just a gym, we are a complete fitness center with over 27,000 sq. ft. of everything fitness. We have over 75 classes a week in all our specialized studios: GroupX, Yoga/Barre, Spin and we are also the home of Pure Pilates a complete classical pilates facility. We also offer personal and medical training in groups or one on one. At NAC we appeal to all types of fitness enthusiasts from the retired to the young members of our youth yoga program.
