Norwell Athletic Club is more than just a gym, we are a complete fitness center with over 27,000 sq. ft. of everything fitness. We have over 75 classes a week in all our specialized studios: GroupX, Yoga/Barre, Spin and we are also the home of Pure Pilates a complete classical pilates facility. We also offer personal and medical training in groups or one on one. At NAC we appeal to all types of fitness enthusiasts from the retired to the young members of our youth yoga program. This is more then mats, machines, weights and classes. This is family. NAC is pulls you in motivating and supportive....caring. The staff and trainers the best! Come visit and see for yourself.
Great staff with amazing trainers and equipment
They more than doubled my rate even they paid down membership years ago to get a guaranteed flat rate- without even telling me. The machines are always broken or outdated. They are all jammed together because they chopped the place up to offer more money making schemes. After I quit they bill me for a locker charge and then they bill me for next month because it's not 30 days notice. I was a member for over a decade and that's how they treat you.
