I went in to get a big hole in my hand fixed in the emergency room, I have had many holes sewn up and they all hurt alot, this is the very first time it didn't and this one was a whopper. PA Katie did an amazing job and Dr. Jeffrey W. was awesome! It renews my faith in humanity how nice and professional everyone was!
We have been stuck in the ER with terrible care for 12 hours.
Got my finger mangled with some ER tech trying to remove a splinter, Dr confirms it's gone and 2 weeks later its still freeking in there. ER sucks. Splinter was 1-1/2 cm long!
Something has changed and not for the good. Care of patients have diminished greatly with the exception of the ICU,Telemetry and Cardiac. I don't know anything about the maternity floor. The problem is most likely staffing. LACK OF EMPLOYEES TO SAVE THE ALMIGHTY $$$$$$. Not good for the patient.
The Cancer Infusion Area is so bright and peaceful and the staff just Wonderful! I say this from a Patient Perspective, but my Husband also works as an EMT at the Hospital and he also loves it! A Good Place!
