RecommendedThank you to your team of angels in Labor and Delivery, Maternity and the NICU. Sofia graduated last Tuesday. I'll be writing a long letter to everyone involved in my care, but I just wanted to acknowledge the team immediately. They made what was a tumultuous, frightening journey a true miracle.
The billing is atrocious. They are not willing to work out payment arrangements that are affordable. I’ve called and left messages with financial planning department and never a return call. They are not interested in working with you on creating an affordable option.
The emergency room is ridiculous. Waited 3 hours for my 4 year old daughter to be seen. Finally once we got to the room, they checked a few vitals and did a rapid strep test. She was in there for stomach pain, headache, fever, nausea. The strep test came back negative and they sent us on our way and the nurse said she may have a virus on the way but she is fine. (We never saw a doctor) 7am next day my daughter has a 103.5 fever so i take her into her pediatrician (luckily they are open a few hours on a Saturday) the first th... read more
Horrible smells like smoke and booze and the lobby dirty.. the nurses and doctors are wonderful once you get a bed
I absolutely recommend Norwalk hospital, they zapped my heart back into rhythm!!

My both sons born there and also I lived in Norwalk in my early days in USA that’s why it’s so special for me
Terrible billing process offsets what would otherwise be a positive experience.
My father was brought to the ER, admitted and then released 3 days later.....before leaving the premises it was decided that he need to.go back to the ER based on how he was asking. 6 hours in ER.... No food offered, have a room number yet no one to transport.....this place is ridiculous.
