After giving a 1-star rating due to discrimination I experienced after having my right to public access with my service dog denied, the Head of Security contacted me to apologize for the incident and assured me that he would take steps to make sure this never happens again. Last night my wife take our daughter to the emergency department around 12:30 by 1:45 she was see by a medical stuff she twist her ancle they offer son pain medication no body give her the medication she need some crutches surprise no crutches because was a busy day and they run out what a device only the give a prescription to buy the crutches and no pain medication was give to my daughter only a refer to see and orthopedic totally unacceptable.
I received excellent care in the joint-replacement ward when I had my hip-replacement Feb '18. Right down to the moment I went home I was consistently offered help with whatever I needed. Theresa
Last night my 88-year-old mother fell, went to the beautifully renovated Emergency Room around 10pm. She was discharged at 12:30pm without an x-ray taken and sent home by ambulance. Finally got home at 2:30am. This morning she couldn't stand. She went back to the emergency room. They finally took pictures. She has a broken fibula. Top that off with she hasn't eaten anything in 24 hours. She is diabetic. Norwalk Hospital Emergency gets a big fat F. There is no minus sign in front of those stars.
