Although most people don't like going to the dentist, I feel very comfortable with mine. The staff at Norwalk Family Dentistry are very personable as well professional. When I've had dental emergencies, they always find a way to fit me into their schedule.
Great online scheduling, reminders etc. Great customer service. The dentists and other professionals listen to the patient and give thoughtful, considered advice.
We had a scheduling mishap and not only did they get me in the same day but Brandy stayed late to do my cleaning! Thank you!
Intense tooth pain at noon Monday. Dr. Winslow squeezed me in that afternoon, found a cracked tooth, prescribed antibiotics and pain medication and set up an appointment with a specialist to see if the tooth could be saved. Not happy news but grateful that this practice works so hard for their patients.
Dr. Winslow and staff were very professional, courteous and patient with me. Appreciate them listening to me.
