All staff were excellent with my young kids and kept it a fun experience for my little ones! Highly recommend Dr. Maureen and staff!
I found the environment most pleasant. But most important when it comes to health care in the dentistry industry to me is Cleanliness and attitude (Place still has a new feel to it). Tools were properly stored, tables were cleaned and the dentists put on new gloves when they came in. I don't mind when I hear advanced terms coming from the dentists. I am always impressed after my appointments because EVERY staff member I come in contact with is so friendly! They truly care about their patients and genuinely want to help, which creates an atmosphere where people keep returning. As soon as I walk in the door, the environment and the warm greeting from the receptionist helps me easily push my anxieties about “seeing the dentist” aside. I would recommend any of my friends to Norwalk Family Dentistry. The care is excellent and the staff is fantastic. They also work within your budget.
The dentists and hygienists are always on time and friendly. Would refer any friend or family member to them.
This trip was for cleaning and review. Very pleased with professional service and caring attitudes.
As always, my cleaning went very well and was mostly painless. I am a long-time patient and both Kasey and Dr. Winslow were attentive and concerned by my questions and ongoing dental issues.
A friendly helpful dentist's office ------- truly enjoy coming in to see everyone smiling and welcoming. Everything is explained, appointments are set to accommodate my schedule -- can't ask for more!
