During each of my two childrens routine cleaning it was determined they each needed 1 and 2 extractions of baby teeth. As opposed to making another appointment and coming back again Dr. Grant did them right then. I appreciate that convenience and my time were considered. Even more than that I appreciated Dr Grant's matter of fact approach to just get it done. Brandy was very helpful and kind to my now emotional children. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and efficient. They keep to the schedule and you have a great customer experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great Dr.'s and great staff.
Setting up the appt. was very easy. The office personnel who answer the phone were professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The experience when I arrived for the appt was equally professional and well done. The hygienist and dentist were also efficient, pleasant, personable and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't be happier.
