Hi all,Thank you for taking such good care of me during my first visit to Norwalk Family Dentistry. First impression mean a lot. Your office is beautiful thought out. I was pleasantly greeting by the front staff and the check in process was very smooth. The separate area for the kiddos is a great idea. I didn't have time to even get into reading a magazine, as I was quickly greeted by Sara my dental hygienist. Oh my goodness, I totally missed commenting on Dr. Fleck! Another pleasant person who made my first visit to the office a great experience. Looking forward to developing a strong DDS/ patient relationship. Thank you for the new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss too.Oh yes, one more thing, love the mint vanilla tooth frosting!!! I loved the office. I loved the method they use to clean my teeth. It was a lot more pleasant than other teeth cleanings I have had in the past.
