Very attentive to making an unpleasant procedure as easy as possible. Very supportive of dental phobic individual. Explains and answered all concerns clearly.
I have gone to Norwalk Family Dentistry for many years and have always been very pleased with service and professionalism. I had a tooth and gum problem on July 19, called at 9:00 a.m. and they worked me in by 4:00 p.m., very pleased, would recommend them to anyone.
Got in right at m appointment time and everything went smoothly in a timely fashion. Very satisfied.
Going to the Dentist is always a bit nerve racking but everyone at Norwalk Family Dentistry does their best to make you feel as comfortable as they can! My usual hygienist found out she is going to be out of the office for a while so I was pleased they gave me a courtesy call to inform me I would be seeing someone else.
