This is the best dentist office ever! They have friendly, attentive and professional staff; they run a tight ship with my appointments always right on schedule; and they even have TVs at all the chairs and the best selection of magazines I have ever seen at a doctor or dentist office! Very positive experience with the dental hygienist. Unfortunately, not so favorable with the dentist. I waited close to 30 minutes for the dentist to check my teeth which took maybe 2 minutes. As the dentist was leaving, I had to twist around to see her as she was heading out the door. I understand that it can get busy but that shouldn't result in rude behavior even if it was unintentional.
I live in a different town (with plenty of dentists) and drive to Norwalk to see my dentist. I've been a patient for 20 years.The professional and friendly care I receive from Norwalk Family Dentistry makes it worth the drive!
