Receptionist was severely rude. when I asked her how long it would be for a wait, she looked at me like I was stupid, said 8 people in front of you, and because it was 8 and they close at 9 to sit down if I wanted to be seen. Also asked her what time it was (I'm super sick so idc to look for a clock at the moment) she said clocks there and pointed to the wall.
I had a broken wrist and had to wait 2 hours to be seen.
Cut my finger and had to get stitches. I waited a while but the staff was very friendly and kind.
