they help you when your in pain
Been before but I still called and checked that my insurance was accepted. Told yes. Checked again once there, same answer. Took my co-payment, saw doctor over bad wrist sprain, gave me a brace. Joked with wife that they'll probably charge $50 for the brace. Looked up part number on box and found plenty in the $18.36 to $25.00 range. Now our insurance says the center isn't part of their coverage. And the charge for JUST the brace? $232.00. That's flat out ROBBERY.
The doctor was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Came to the front desk window to talk with us in front of the entire waiting room instead of waiting to see us in an exam room. She made us very uncomfortable.
I know they’re busy, but they shouldn’t offer appointments if they can’t honor them. I had an hour and a half wait even with an appointment... Then the doctor barely even took a look at me. Not impressed with this place at all.
Made an appointment to fit my schedule online get there an get told I have to wait... Really? What's the point to have appointment scheduled online then?
They take forever to see someone and they aren't helpful at times
