Super nice and friendly staff! All the way from the lady's at the front desk to the Dr. I signed in at 9:17 and was back in a room by 9:46. The Dr came in not even 5 minutes later. He listened to me and then explained everything he thought was wrong and explained each medication he was prescribing me. I will most definitely go back for treatment again.
So I took my wife here a week ago. Front desk was great even though they called her up by her maiden nam. 1st mistake. We only waited 20 minutes and she was called back. The dr or nurse practitioner or whatever the hell she was told my wife she was the healthiest patient she had all day. I have dr friends(not in that field) but dr friends saying no way it was just allergies. So we went to Ky one on outer loop and thank God we did. She had a serious case of strep. They even ran a mono tested. Thankfully it came back negative.... read more
Making u wait in the room for over an hour. Just really uncalled for
Since it is nearly impossible to get into see your doctor on short notice, I've been coming to this immediate care center and they are wonderful. The doctor that treated me today remembers me from the last time that I was here and she treated me. I would highly recommend this place.
Won't go into details, but they're getting me taken care of. Happy with the service I'm getting and the brief (for medical care) wait times.
Was there on 3/11. Was told I had a urinary trac infection and given Ciprofloxacin. Had to go to Baptist East Emergency room 3 days later. Today I got a call from Baptist East that I still have the infection and that the Ciprofloxacin does not work for the infection that I have. Now I will start on a different antibiotic that works. Serious mistake made by Norton immediate care.
The Doctors and Nurses are absolutely amazing. HOWEVER, my rating is for the office staff here, which leaves something to seriously be desired.. Heaven forbid you bring your ill child into the office, with French fries.. Puffs, or anything food related they might want to nibble on (in order to keep calm). Because, they'll not only inform you "food is not allowed" very RUDELY. They will then, send their office manager out to inform you yet again, that it's not permitted for your child, but rather the saltine crackers from the... read more
