I had a major surgery Monday night and had to stay a week! The nurses and doctors were so great! They were friendly and never seemed to get aggravated when you asked for something! I would recommend anyone to Norton Audubon hospital ! They make you feel like family. Even the ones on night shift are friendly even though it's in the middle of the night!

My husband had his gallbladder removed on Jan 10. Then had to be readmitted on Feb 2 to have a drainage tube placed cause his gallbladder was leaking bile into his stomach area. Got told that would fix everything. It didnt. We had to come back on March 10 to have an ERCP done. Now we are back today over the same pain and the Drs are acting like its nothing. One nurse actully said that it will get better that there was no reason to be here. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??? YALL BROKE HIM AND WONT FIX HIM. YALL DOCTORS AND NURS... read more

My father was released from there today, having had a pretty major surgery, got to the pharmacy and found out that his prescriptions were not signed so they could not be filled. Made several calls to the hospital only to be told there was nothing they could do to help him. I mean this is ridiculous!

I'm an employee at Audubon & was admitted ...I had great care and great nurses. I was in the CDU unit BIG shout out to Susan and Moa!!!!! Very attentive and super friendly....

I had never been admitted to a hospital before. Never had a real medical issue. I was admitted for some heart issues. I was on 5west. I had the best nurses ever. Everyone of them cared. Everyone in the hospital I came in contact with was very nice. From the kitchen staff, house keeping, and the transport person to doctors, and nurses. Everyone was great. I stayed ten days, I am a nurse myself, and I could tell these people cared and it showed through their work. My favorite nurses were Tyler and Melissa! Everyone took great ... read more

To the Doctors and nurses of 4west:I was a patient in 4225-1 and 4224-1 from Sat-Tues and was given the best treatment available.Outstanding nursing staff especially the night staff nurses who were always there for me.Please pass this on to them and if any of them would like to friend me on fb it would be my honor to be their friend.THANK YOU AGAIN,KENNY ASHBY

I'm up here with my daughter who is having chest pains and we have been in the waiting area for over an hour an NO EMS have came in with a patient. I tell them her pain is getting worse an all they say is they have 3 ahead of her SERIOUSLY PISS POOR CARE!!!!!!

In the past I didn't have some very good experiences with this hospital but I have had to be there the last two days for separate procedures (gallbladder removed and colonoscopy) and I must say I had excellent care from the time I walked in. The nurses, I'm not sure if their names ( Ms Lisa in endoscopy and Ms Pat in recovery to name a couple) but everyone that has a hand in taking care of me was excellent. I just want to Thank them all!! Keep up the good work!!
