The ER. I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Not only did I spend 8 hours in the hospital, but 7 of those 8 hours I sat waiting with an open wound from my ear being ripped from my head, a concussion and no medication. I waited for 3 hours in the wait room and spent a total of 5 hours in a bed. Not once did someone offer me any pain medication or come to clean all of the blood off of my wounds. Least efficient staff I have ever experienced here. No one seems to know what is going on and no one seems to have a sense of urgency.
It's my job and I love it. I move all the time with physical movement no need for planet fitness, I go home work out on my total gym and that's it the total package.
The nurses are great. The doctor was very polite. But i felt rushed and didnt feel like i was giving a reason for my issue. Just a patch and go ahead and leave. Should take more time to care and diagnosis based upon knowledge not a knowledgeable guess.
This was the worst experience ever and my mom.has been there several times but this time with blood clot in her leg the emergency room we never even seen a doctor only PA and they did every test in the world was going to send her home with absolutely no medication said to see her primary doc...it was friday the day before new yrs eve....needless to say I through a complete fit so they ended up giving her blood thinners for 10 days....this ER is terrible....
Patient, caring, kind, and calming. Explained everything for us and made our little girl feel better:)
I was just there for a colonoscapy and I have to say everyone in the endoscopy dept.are the best .Very sweet girls. This is the morning shift.Awsome job on making a patient feel comfortable
