There was outstanding nurse in the ICU his name is Steve LoVeros he was my mother nurse.He even stood by my mother {Elsie Norene Judd] and held her hand and when they moved her to another floor he came and seen her.And when she passed away he came to the fourth floor and got on his knees and said a silent prayer for her. You don't find very many people like that. God bless him Judy Cambron
The wheels turn very slowly here. I'm under VA coverage who transferred me here for some tests. I can't help thinking that they are moving so slow because the Veterans Administration is footing the bill and we all know you can charge the US Government pretty much you want. If I was here on medicare or medicaid......my tests would have complete and I would be home by now. I have now been admitted here for over 30 hours and (besides drawing blood) I still have not been given m ultrasound or MRI. Now that its Sat. AM, I feel th... read more
They did a great job taking care of me keeping me comfortable
Came to my room to take me for a heart cath at 7:30 am. Got as far as the elevators and was told they had an emergency heart cath and I would have to wait. Almost 8 hours later and no one seems to know what is going on.
Back at this ER, so far I have received the same friendly, efficient care that I received last month. Some hospitals treat you like a number, Norton Audubon has treated my wife and I like family! The nurse practitioner (jenna) in the ER is one of the kindest, most professional Dr's I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by. Thank You Norton, and Thank You Jenna!
Fantastic employees that work there in the nursing staff. Just a very few that do not care to do their job but a very,very few. You know they say you have to love the place you work in order to love your job and bog let me tell you those nurses that took care of me love their jobs. Treated me like a princess.

Staff and physicians were all very nice and professional! Facility was updated and clean. My sisters surgery went well. No complaints.
