No matter how many times I call and bug them, I always have trouble getting my prescription refilled. Now have to wait all weekend with withdrawals because nowhere is open. Northwestern’s only suggestion in the meantime was go to the ER— because I should give them more money to try and solve a problem they created by not refilling necessary psychiatric medication in time. Ridiculous. Will be leaving.

I have become increasingly frustrated with the recent care I have received. I do not know whoever is responsible, but ever since I have come into your care, getting medication has become a complete hassle and I am beginning to become very unhappy with my care here. I know back last year, I was trying to have my medication refilled and it took over a week to get it done.
