PCTs are the best the communication is the absolute worst. Hospital and parking lot were designed by a lunatic.
Virus test was “lost.” Therefore, I shouldn’t get charged for that test. Urine test was done on baby by utilizing a large thin tube. Which, now I’m thinking it wasn’t necessary. If you ask me, do I recommend this hospital, no.

My mother was seen in in 9/8/22 with elevated BP and pulse. She was released despite having elevated Tropinin and cardiomegaly (enlarged heart) which physician did not report at the time. Physician order a urine test which upon discharge we discovered my mother had an infection. We called the ER less than 8 hours asking why antibiotics were not prescribed in the presence of infection - no call back.
