Didn’t listen to patient well. Spent only 5 minutes with me during the appt. Handled insurance so poorly, my Botox got denied bc dr hanna was incompetent in submitting the necessary info to them and then failed during the peer to peer- not stating my case At All. I need Botox badly for chronic pain for my ntos. He Refused to file an appeal (only dr I’ve ever seen who refused to file an appeal and be an advocate for his patient!). I called my insurance, filed My Own appeal, then the Botox got Approved- with zero help from dr ... read more
Dr Hanna is a caring, patient, and knowledgeable man. The whole staff is wonderful. I would recommend him to everyone who needs options for pain relief.
I love Dr. Yang, he is so polite ,considerate , he listens, and he is very thorough . He has such a gentle touch when he’s giving me shots in my spine I hardly feel it. The nurses are great. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
