01/30/2025 arrival 3 pm. I got to the ER and was immediately greeted by helpful nurses. I had so much pain and could hardly walk. This facility is filled with young eager nurses. Every nurses I dealt with from the young brunette man who did my vitals and asked about my symptoms and provided peace of mind. I went here for a lot of appointments. They totally ignore the preferred name option. So if you’re trans or non binary and go by a different name don’t go here lol you will go crazy!!! I feel as if the people aren’t trained properly on preferred names. But they should be because so many people even people who aren’t apart of the lgbt community have a name different than what their legal name is! I was sent to this ER by my doctor. He even called ahead and told them I was suffering from sepsis and to get me back there ASAP. Waitied for 4 hrs in the waiting room. Completely ignored. If you are having an emergency DO NOT GO HERE!!
