NM has a couple pros- ability to see test results online fairly quickly, many suburban facilities/medical groups, and many imaging facilities to choose from as well. However, as a patient with multiple medical needs, there are several frustrating issues that could be improved upon- 1st- NO AI answering phones- I believe most of your patients are very disinterested in having our voices recorded for God knows what purpose, and we know how UNSAFE our info actually is after endless data breaches in all medical health systems. Horrible experience in the ER, avoid if possible.
I had my tests done here and was treated for the flu. The doctors here are simply wonderful. I'd also like to thank Dr. Edik for his kindness.
Aaliyah G, with the short hair, is the worst nurse I’ve ever seen!! She was extremely rude to my mother on multiple occasions to the point my mom just stopped asking her for help. She is very mouthy and doesn’t know her place. Someone needs to teach her etiquette and manners! This hospital would be much better without her.
