They don't want you to get better. They just want you to comply and believe that "staying positive" and using basic coping skills will fix all your problems. Don't go here if you're struggling with anything other than mild depression, seriously.
I have been here many times for inpatient and outpatient treatment. This is the best place to receive care in the larger area. Staff is amazing.
Was self admitted into inpatient for dual diagnosis for a 30 day stay out of pocket pay. The old Dr is out of his mind and was calling me fat, or told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when it’s my own body. Staff listened in on all my conversations from the phone to other clients. Then proceeded to call my significant other and mom to accuse me of trying to sell drugs. I have no idea why I was admitted here for outpatient treatment. When I had just turned 15 in June, 2024, I was psychologically assessed and admitted into outpatient treatment here. I came there struggling with anorexia nervosa — binge-purge pattern and self-harm, along with severe dissociation.
