I was recently admitted to another hospital for a week and am currently admitted at NMC, the difference is mind blowing! The staff here are phenomenal, friendly and go above and beyond for their patients while listening to them and showing care. Every single person I have had contact with here have made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The rooms are amazing, they are private, large, updated and extremely clean. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff who took such excellent care of my Dad while he was in ICU. The personal care he received was above and beyond just doing your job. You treated him like family and I couldn't be more thankful.
Spent two days at the hospital for surgery and was very impressed with the new wing and the nursing staff was a pleasure to deal with,great people there. Food was terrific,seasoned shrimp was awesome. Not a single bad thing to say about the whole experience.

1 hour waiting still have t been called in unacceptable at urgent Care no wonder other patients use the er even though you want us using urgent care pathetic waiting times really bad
My husband had surgery yesterday and the out patient surgical was very efficient, he didn't have to wait more then 15 min before they called him in, the surgeon was excellent and friendly as was the nurse, we were very pleased with the care
