On hold for over an hour for the pediatric office, not talking to anyone. Someone isnt doing their job. For after midnight I highly doubt it's that busy. I pay enough for my 3 kids to be seen here all the way from NY because we love Roya, but this is a disgrace!
Everyone has been very friendly and professional. From receptionists to ALL nursing staff to the Doctor. Receiving great care after my surgery today.
Nurse Dana in labor/delivery went above and beyond to help my daughter before and after delivery. One of the nicest nurses up there on the second floor. Thank you Dana.
If you like waiting....... Been here a few times since I live in the same town. 7 of 10 visits in 12 years keep reminding me to take the time to go elsewhere. Staffs and greetings are great. The waiting and care not so good! Unfortunately..
My husband came in through the ER after his spinal stenosis got to the point where he needed immediate care that the VA couldn't provide. I am so grateful he landed at NMC - from the ER to the Nursing Unit, everyone was professional, compassionate and caring. Dr. Barnum and the OR staff did a wonderful job, and his post op care was excellent - loved that his private room had space for family to be comfortable as well as the patient.
