They make you feel like you have no reason to be there. It's hit or miss to get a nurse/doctor that will make you feel comfortable being there. The last few times I've been there I left unsatisfied because I am still dealing with the same issue and nothing was done to take care of it. It's too bad Burlington is so far away. They're way better.
Poor setup absolute trqsh
The ER doctor I was treated by was emotionally abusive told me to stay away from ER/inpatient care and get treated by a PCP/APRN. The APRN I got in contact with refused to offer any care and suggested I go to ER. Nice system you've got set up here.
Though they check your temperature multiple times upon entry I can’t wait for my wife who is in the ER in the waiting room. I have to wait outside?! To top it off my wife who is in excruciating pain has to be questioned by some arrogant little teen about her travels etc... Absolute nonsense and disrespect!
Recommendedhonestly my first time ever being hospitalized and I am so beyond lucky to have been surrounded by such strong, kind nurses and doctors, healing has been a very overwhelming, scary process but not once did I ever question my care with the team I had caring for me! truly is such an amazing an comforting environment and my fears of staying overnight alone were non existent after meeting the staff. so a huge thank you to all the hard working doctors, nurses, LNA's and even the kitchen staff an janitors. I'm truly grateful! ❤️

Everything, clean interiors, friendly & knowledgeable staff, awesome volunteers. Very pleasant atmosphere for a hospital.
I was very upset and nervous when urgent care sent me to the ER. I’m so thankful Daren was there and was my nurse. He has a very calming presence and put me at ease (as much as I could be). We are lucky to have him at our hospital.
