RecommendedI was very upset and nervous when urgent care sent me to the ER. I’m so thankful Daren was there and was my nurse. He has a very calming presence and put me at ease (as much as I could be). We are lucky to have him at our hospital.

my mother in law is 84 yrs old. she is a patient at franklin county rehab. she fell this morning and was taken to nwmc by ambulance for treatment. she checked out ok, thankfully. upon discharge she was required to be transported back to rehab by personal vehicle at 630 a.m. with just a hospital gown and socks, in -10 weather. I gave her my coat but she had to step in snow with just socks to reach the wheel chair at rehab. this is not acceptable treatment for an 84yr. old person

RecommendedAbsolutely amazing staff, they got me in and out within an hour Most importantly they understood how much pain I was in so they took it very easy in step by step with me
