I want to thank Rachel Nikki and Dr. Phillips for helping our little guy Bronson! We were so worried about his health and wanted to make sure he was okay. Not only did Rachel get us in with a days notice, she got us an appointment with an amazing and informative doctor! We are very impressed with the outstanding care that our dog has received for his fractured toe. The entire staff is efficient and friendly, Dr. Rhyne is unhurried, thorough, and shows genuine concern for Sparkey. We appreciate the extras, a letter welcoming us as clients, a gift certificate and a printed copy of the report of our office visit. We would highly recommend Northwest Vetinary Hospital.
Absolutely wonderful, caring, and compassionate! My pups have been seen by them for over five years and I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. Thanks to Dr. Herrington and her referral for my boy's cancer that she found, he has been six months cancer free!
