They give the absolute best care. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

Kind, compassionate, excellent care. I recently had to put my beloved 17 year old cat to sleep, and not only were they so helpful and caring in their treatment of her, but they sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers! It was so touching and thoughtful! I can not recommend them highly enough.

Very thorough, concerned about my cat, and generous with their time. My cat has some pretty complex conditions going on, and they always keep all his various issues in mind, and they always follow up to check on how he’s responding to any change.

I have taken my pack, a corgi, corgi mix, and a pit bull to Northwest Veterinary Hospital for five years. My dogs always receive excellent care. Dr. Lisa Harrington has gone above and beyond in caring for Molly, the corgi mix. She has Addison’s Disease. Dr. Harrington’s care has greatly improved Molly’s quality of life. She’ll be 15 in July and is still going strong. I highly recommend Dr. Harrington. She will give your pet excellent, compassionate care. She’s great about explaining treatments and options too.

Amazing staff who truly care about your pets like family. We've been going to see Dr. Phillips for 10 years and he's knowledgeable and explains things so you can understand, never rushing through appointments. Recently we had to put our dog down and they've been amazing through the whole process, even sending flowers to our home with condolences. We're blown away with their generosity! Go see Dr. Phillips and team!

I am sorry to have to give a poor review for lack of care for my dog. I have been a client for my dog since he was a pup, and he's now 4. I have always paid in full at the time of the service, thought they cared about my dog. Then, I was turned away by the receptionist when my dog tore a nail on Tuesday, June 22. I was told that it was an "emergency" so I should take him to emergency vet rather than the only vet my dog knows! The "hospital" was open, but would not work my dog in in an emergency! Guess I should have gotten th... read more
