Do not use this company. Completely unprofessional and personnel are rude. Billing department is completely lacking in follow through. Just found out that five years later that I was billed for imaging and never received correspondence of payment needed.
Actual imaging process went ok...my main complaint has to do with how they handle billing. Removing the whole disaster of medical bills these days... my complaint/feedback is that they really need to do more to ensure that bills are sent to the correct address and that they try multiple contact channels to get in contact with past patients. They said I was mailed two bills (I never received them) but I never got an email or phone call alerting me that I had a remaining balance. Had to come in to amend my post and review. Had a bad experience, turned out to be an error. Spoke with Ariel at the billing office today and made me feel so much better. She listened and fixed my issue. I should have just called. 5 minutes made my whole week!! Thank you!!!!
